Marla Ilona

For nearly two decades, Marla has helped international clients embrace and manage change. As a Principal Consultant for Gemini Consulting then Giga/Forrester Research, she conducted major transformation programs on behalf of senior executives of American and European global companies. Some of her clients include Michelin, Danone, ABN AMRO, Aventis, France Telecom, Syngenta, SWIFT, Bull/Hewlett Packard, Old Mutual, and the North Caspian Operating Company (NCOC).

Marla’s early career was focused on technology product marketing, working for Fujitsu, Alcatel and Microsoft. Her formal schooling is both humanistic and business (University of Puerto Rico, New York University, Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Paris and La Sorbonne).

Deeply committed to ongoing education for peak performance, Marla learned NLP and personal mastery techniques with Tony Robbins, studied leading-edge mind-body techniques with Deepak Chopra, and trained in creative facilitation at CPSI (Creative Problem-Solving Institute) and CCL (Center for Creative Leadership).
Marla has lived and worked on five continents, and is fluent in English, French, and Spanish. She is now back in the U.S. after living in Europe for 25 years.
